Buller, to search the Records in the King's Bench, and the Exchequer, what Recusants have been convicted sithence 1o Caroli; and to search in the Exchequer, and to require the Officers there to search, and inform them, what Recusants have been double charged in these last Subsidies, granted the last Session of Parliament, and what such Recusants were assessed at in former Subsidies; that so it may appear, whether, by their Abatement in these last Sessions, they have eluded the double Charge laid upon them in these last Subsidies.

Upon Report from the grand Committee, about the Violation of the Privileges of this House by the Customers, Resolved, 1. upon Question, that every Member of this House is, during the Time of Privilege of Parliament, to have Privilege for his Goods and Estate. :2ly, That the 30th of October last, the 5th of January last, and sithence, were within Privilege of Parliament. 3ly, That Mr. Rolle ought to have Privilege for his Goods, seized the 30th of October last, the 5th of January last, or at any Time sithence the said 5th of January last.
