Mr. Brook reporteth the Bill touching Hawking, Pheasants, and Partridges, - Ingrossetur.

Messages from the King, by Mr. Speaker.

Mr. Fuller reporteth from the Committee for Privileges, the Order penned by them, touching Messages delivered from his Majesty by Mr. Speaker. - Allowed.

Message from the King - Impositions.

Mr. Speaker, with Licence of the House, delivereth a Message. Every Part of the Message delivered from

the Lords, to be by Two several Writings; - sent from his Majesty, to be true in all.

The Message set down in Writing, and read twice in the House by Mr. Speaker, for the Help of his Memory, as he said. - Impositions.

Mr. Martin : - That, by a Committee, it may be considered what Course to take, touching the Dispute of Impositions: What Answer to give to his Majesty.

All the Lawyers to be warned: - Monday, in the Afternoon.

Mr. Speaker, - touching the Difference of proceeding with Sir Stephen Proctor.- - For Abuses to the Commonwealth, to petition to the King; for slandering a Member, to commit him to the Tower: That within the Jurisdiction of the House.
