King's Message.

His Majesty's Message; That he would never grant any Man's Suit in that behalf, touching supposed Offenders :

That he did detest any such Suit; promise absolutely, that he would never grant any hereafter: That he would hold him unadvised, and undutiful, that should attempt him in any such Suit.

Excommunication.

Names of Committees for Excommunication, to be sought out, that the Bills may be found.

Civilians and Common Lawyers: - The former Twelve to meet, and draw a Bill: - On Thursday.

Fee.

Touching Accountants Fees, to meet on Thursday: -

Mr. Chancellor, and others, a Sub-committee [a].

Spiller.

Mr. Spiller's Business to cease till our next Meeting, or Session.

Davison.

Sir Fr. Hastings, - touching Mr. Davison's Bill; that Counsel may be heard, to open the Cause in the House, for One Hour. -
