Mr. Langston added to the Committees of the Bill for the Clerk of the Market: And a Warrant read. This Matter referred to the Committee for Grievances; and

Call of the House.
The House to be called; and no Excuse to be made till the House be fully called over ; and then the Excuses to be heard. The Forfeitures to be disposed and distributed in such sort, as the House shall think fit: And if any, failing, and their Excuse not allowed, shall not pay the Money forfeited, within a Week, then a Serjeant at Arms to be sent for him, to come to the House, to answer it. And, after the House called over, the Defaulters to be presently called.
