Privilege.

THO. Hill, a menial Servant of Mr. Rashley, and daily Attendant upon him, arrested at the Suit of Wm. Pemberton, Brewer, to have Privilege; and Pemberton, and the Serjeant, that arrested him, to be sent for by the Serjeant of this House, to answer their Contempt.

Recusants.

L. 1a. An Act for Explanation of a Branch of a Statute, made in the third Year of the Reign of our late Sovereign Lord King James, intituled, An Act for the better Discovering and Repressing of Popish Recusants.

Sir R. Greenevyle, &c.

The former Committee about the Petition of Sir Richard Greenevyle, &c. to meet at Four of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Exchequer Chamber, to consider of the Contempt, and also, what fit now to be done in the Warrants to be sent for them, more than the ordinary Course.

Upon Question, Sir Bernard Greenevyle, in Respect of his Infirmity, and the Suit of his Son, to be spared his coming up.
