L. 2a. An Act concerning the Title, Name, and Dignity, of Earl of Arondell: - Upon Question, passed.

Pardon.

Mr. Solicitor informeth the House, that the Attorney General saith, he hath made Notes, of the Pardon now, in the Margent of that of 21o Jac. and is ready to shew them to any Member of this House; but, for sending them down, taketh it not to be the Course of the House.

Subsidy.

The Bill of Subsidy sent up by Sir Edw. Coke, with almost the whole House following.

Recusants.

Sir Tho. Hobby reporteth from the Committee for presenting Recusants, the Presentment perfected. - Engrossetur.

Remonstrance.

Sir W. Earle presenteth the Schedule, perfected. -

Engrossetur: And to be affixed to the Remonstrance.

Pardon.

Mr. Solicitor : - That he hath moved Mr. Attorney, for the Heads of the Pardon, or Copy; who saith, he cannot do it, without Warrant from the King; but will acquaint the King with it, and give the House an Account thereof this Afternoon, if the House sit, or else To-morrow Morning.
