Ly. Strange's Nat.

L. 1a. et 2a. AN Act for the Naturalizing of the Right honourable the Lady Charlotte, Wife to the Right honourable James Lord Strange, Son and Heir apparent to Wm. Earl of Derby.

No Man taking any Exception to it; upon Question, not to be committed; So left to be read the third Time, for Passage,

Committees to meet.

The Committee of the Bill for Explanation of a Branch of the Statute, 3o Jac. about Recusants Lands, and the Committee of the Bill for enlarging the Liberty of the hearing the Word of God preached, to meet at Two of the Clock To-morrow in the Afternoon, in the former Places.

Privilege.

Sir Tho. Bowyer, to have Privilege of Parliament; and Francis Fetherston and John Marshall, who served him with an Order out of the Chancery, to be sent for.

Rolles' Complaints, &c.

The Committee, appointed for Examination of Mr. Rolles Information, and of Mr. Chambers and the Turky Merchants Petitions, to meet this Afternoon, in the former Place ; with this Declaration, that this Committee hath Power to send for any Persons.

The Committee for Examination of Aleyne, to meet this Afternoon in the Treasury Chamber.

Prisoner discharged.

A Petition, from Deane, read ; who sent for by the Serjeant, for serving a Process upon Mr. Crompton.

Upon Question, Deane to be called in, and, upon his Submission, to be discharged.

He, called in, and kneeling at the Bar, and making his Submission, is, by Mr. Speaker, discharged, paying his Fees.

Answer from the King.

Mr. Secretary Cooke reporteth his Majesty's Answer to the Answer of this House, presented Yesterday unto him by the Committee of Twelve ; which he read in Writing allowed by his Majesty : And the same was delivered in by him.

Upon Question, Mr. Dr. Ryves to be warned to attend the House To-morrow Morning, at Eight Clock; and Mr. Jones, the Printer, to be then heard with his Counsel, if he will.
