Registry of Deeds, &c.

ORDERED, That the Bill for the registering Memorials of Deeds, Conveyances, and Wills, be read the Second time upon Saturday Morning next, at Eleven a Clock.

Triennial Parliaments.

A Bill for the frequent Meeting and Calling of Parliaments was, according to Order, read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed, upon the Debate of the House, to a Committee of the whole House.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Monday Morning next, at Eleven a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the said Bill.

Free Proceedings in Parliament.

A Bill touching free and impartial Proceedings in Parliament was, according to Order, read the Second time.

And the Question being put, That the Bill be committed;

The House divided.

So it was resolved in the Affirmative.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House.

Tryals in Lancashire, &c.

Mr. Baker attending according to Order, was called in; and examined touching Matters relating to the late Tryals in Lancashire and Cheshire.

And then withdrew.

And the House being informed, That one Mr. Wibrand attended also;

He was called in; and examined also.

And then withdrew.

Ordered, That all the Persons who were ordered to attend this House this Day, do attend this House again upon Saturday Morning next, at Ten a Clock.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight a Clock.
