Prayers.

Assize of Bread.

ORDERED, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for the regulating, and better ascertaining, the Assize of Bread: And that Mr. Hawtry and Colonel Perry do prepare, and bring in, the same.

Poor Laws.

Resolved, That this House will, To-morrow Sevennight, at Ten a Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the several Laws relating to the Poor; and for preparing of Heads for a Bill for the better Relief of the Poor, and setting them on Work.

Tryals for Treason.

Resolved, That this House will, To-morrow Morning, after the Report of the Bill for regulating Tryals in Cases of High-Treason, and Misprison of Treason, is over, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of Ways and Means for raising the Supply to be granted to their Majesties, for carrying on the War against France with Vigour.

Tryals in Lancashire, &c.

Ordered, That all the Persons that were ordered to attend this House this Day, relating to the Proceedings and late Tryals in Lancashire and Cheshire, do attend this House upon Thursday Morning next, at Ten a Clock.

Tonage and Poundage.

Then the House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of the Grant, to be made to their Majesties, of the Subsidy of Tonage and Poundage.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Sir Thomas Littleton took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Sir Thomas Littleton reported from the said Committee, That they had considered the Matter to them referred; and had come to several Resolutions; which they had directed him to report, when the House would please to receive the same.

Resolved, That the Report be now received.

Then Sir Thomas Littleton read the said Resolutions in his Place; and afterwards delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same were once read throughout; and then a Second time, one by one: And, upon the Question severally put thereupon, they were agreed unto by the House; and are as follow; viz.

Resolved, That it is the Opinion of this Committee, That the Grant, to be made to their Majesties, of the Subsidy of Tonage and Poundage, shall commence on the Six-and-twentieth Day of December 1694.

Resolved, That it is the Opinion of this Committee, That the said Grant of Tonage and Poundage shall be and continue for the Term of Five Years, and no longer.

Complaint against Capt. Reyny.

Ordered, That Captain Reyny, and such other Persons as were ordered to attend this House this Day, touching Thomas Atkinson's being detained in the Custody of Michael Tooley, do attend this House again To-morrow Morning at Ten a Clock.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight a Clock.
