Estost's Estate.

MR. Waller reported from the Committee to whom the ingrossed Bill, from the Lords, intituled, An Act to vest certain Lands and Tenements, late of John Estoft, of Etton, in the County of York, Esquire, in Trustees, to be sold, towards, Payment of the Debts of the said John Estoft, and raising Portions for his Daughters, was committed, That they had considered the same Bill, and had made some Amendments thereunto; which they had directed him to report; and he delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table.

Ordered, That the said Report be taken into Consideration To-morrow Morning.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Miles Cooke and Sir Lacon William Child:

Mr. Speaker,

Earl of Rochester's Estate.

The Lords have passed a Bill, intituled, An Act for dividing and settling the Estate of the Coheirs of John late Earl of Rochester, deceased; and for discharging the Trusts thereupon : To which they desire the Concurrence of this House : Also,

Cosserat's &c. Nat.

The Lords have agreed to the Amendments, made by this House, to the Bill, intituled, An Act for naturalizing of Bernard Cosserat, alias Mourte, and Alexander Ringli, and others.

And then the Messengers withdrew.

Leave of Absence.

A Motion being made, and the Question being put That Mr. Palmer have Leave to go into the Country, upon extraordinary Occasions;

Preventing Export of Wool.

Ordered, That the Report from the Committee to whom the Bill for the better preventing the Exportation of Wool, by altering the Penalty; and for the Preservation of the publick Market at Blackwell-hall: and for Relief of the Workmen employed in the Woollen Manufactures, in Payment of their Wages; was committed, be made upon Monday Morning next.

Duties on Paper, &c.

Ordered, That the Report from the Committee appointed to consider of the Act made, the last Session, intituled, An Act for granting to their Majesties several Duties upon Vellum, Parchment, and Paper, for Four Years, for carrying on the War against France; and of the Doubts and Complaints relating thereunto; be made upon Friday Morning next.

Compelling the production of Sir P. Pindar.

Ordered, That the Report from the Committee, to whom the ingroffed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act to compel Edward Williams Esquire to bring forth the Person of Sir Paul Pindar Baronet, is committed, be made upon Friday Morning next, after the said Report is over.

Importing Portugal Wines.

Ordered, That the Bill for the importing Wines, and other Goods, from Spaine, Portugall, and Italy, of the Growth of those Countries, in English and English built Ships, manned with Seamen of those Countries, be read a Second time upon Monday Morning next.

Free Proceedings in Parliament.

An ingrossed Bill, touching free and impartial Proceedings in Parliament, was, according to the Order of the Day, read the Third time.

An Amendment was proposed to be made, in Three Places of the Bill, by leaving out "February," and inserting "March:"

And the same was, upon the Question put thereupon, agreed unto by the House; and the Bill amended at the Table accordingly.

Another Amendment was proposed to be made in the Bill, in Two Places, by leaving out "or his," and inserting "his Heirs, or:"

And the same was, upon the Question severally put thereupon, agreed unto by the House; and the Bill amended at the Table accordingly.

An ingroffed Clause was offered, as a Rider, That the Stile used in this Act shall not alter the Settlement contained in an Act, made in the First Year of King William and Queen Mary, intituled, An Act declaring the Rights and Liberties of the Subject, and settling the Succession of the Crown.

And the same was thrice read; and, upon the Question put thereupon, agreed unto by the House to be made Part of the Bill.

Then the Question being put, That the Bill do pass;
