MR. Parkhurst, from the Commissioners of Prizes, according to Order, presented to the House an Account of what Ships have been taken since the War; how disposed of; and how the Proceed of such Ships, and Goods, has been applied.
Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Sir Francis Windham, Sir Edward Hungerford, Mr. Heveningham, Sir Barth. Shower, Sir John Bolles, Sir Jacob Ashley, Sir Jos. Jekyll, Sir Wm. Cook, Sir Tho. Wagstaff, Mr. Boscawen, Sir Rich. Onslow, Mr. Shackerley, Mr. Bolter, Sir John Phillips, Mr. Stonehouse, Mr. Howard, Mr. Yates, Mr. Guy, Mr. Mountstevens, Mr. Perry, Mr. Brotherton, Sir Richard Farrington, Mr. Leigh, Mr. Nicholson, Mr. Cooper, Mr. Miller, Mr. Lowndes, Mr. Vernon, Mr. Lowther, Sir Wm. Villers, Mr. Bare, Mr. Harvey, Sir Richard Cox, Mr. Molyneux, Sir Cha. A Complaint being made to the House, That Robert Jones, David Thomas, William Reynolds, and others, had entered upon several Lands and Tenements, in the County of Monmouth, the Estate of Sir John Williams Baronet, a Member of this House; and taken away the Tenants Cattle from off the same; in Breach of the Privilege of this House;

Preventing Export of Corn, &c.
Ordered, That it be an Instruction to the Committee of the whole House, to whom the Bill to prohibit the Exportation of Corn, Meal, and Bread, for One Year, is committed, That they have Power to receive a Clause, if they think fit, to prevent the Forestalling of Markets.
Mr. Heveningham reported from the said Committee, That they had gone through the Bill, and made several Amendments thereunto; which they had directed him to report, when the House will please to receive the same.
