Dies publicæ Humiliationis.

Preachers thanked.

ORDERED, That Mr. Bond and Mr. Nicoll do, from this House, give Thanks unto Mr. Bond and Mr. Gillaspie, for the great Pains they took in the Sermons they preached this Day, at the Intreaty of this House, at St. Margaret's, Westminster, it being the Day of Publick Humiliation; and to desire them to print their Sermons: And they are to have the like Privilege in printing of them, as others in the like kind usually have had.

Preachers appointed.

Ordered, That Sir Robert Pye, and Mr. Salloway, do, from this House, desire Dr. Staunton, and Mr. John Green, to preach before the Commons, the next Fast Day, at St. Margaret's, Westminster.

League and Covenant.

Sir Edward Boyse, Mr. Marlott, and Mr. John Alfard, this Day took the National Solemn League and Covenant.

Observation of Lord's Day.

Ordered, That the Ordinance concerning the due Observance of the Lord's Day, be brought in on Friday Morning next.

Westminster Church.

Ordered, That Sir John Trevor, Mr. Salloway, Mr. Hoyle, and Sir John Dreyden, be added to the Committee for the Collegiate Church of Westminster: And this Committee, or any Five of them, have Power to meet.
