Prayers.
WHereas the Care of the Business committed, concerning Serjeant Glanvile, was Yesterday referred to the more particular Care of Mr Yonge: It is now Ordered, That Mr. Lisle and Mr. Serjeant Wilde be joined unto him.
Ordered, That the Ordinance concerning Sir Francis Knollis be brought in, and reported, on Thursday Morning next.
The Question was propounded, That a Warrant shall issue, under Mr. Speaker's Hand, directed to the Clerk of the Crown in Chancery, for issuing a Writ, for the Electing of a Burgess to serve in this Parliament for the Town of Kellington in the County of Cornewall, in the place of Sir Arthur Ingram, formerly chosen to serve as a Burgess for that Town, and since deceased:
And the Question being put, Whether this Question shall be now put;
The House was divided.

So that the Question passed with the Affirmative: And
It is Resolved, &c. That a Warrant shall issue, under Mr. Speaker's Hand, directed to the Clerk of the Crown in Chancery, for issuing a Writ, for the Electing of a Burgess to serve in this present Parliament for the Town of Kellington in the County of Cornewall, in the place of Sir Arthur Ingram, formerly chosen to serve as a Burgess for that Town, and since deceased.
Resolved, &c. That Mr. Speaker shall issue a Warrant, under his Hand, directed to the Clerk of the Crown in Chancery, for issuing a Writ, for electing a Burgess to serve in this Parliament for the Town of Kellington in the County of Cornewall, in the room and place of George Vane Esquire, formerly chosen to serve as a Burgess for that Town, and since disabled.
Resolved, &c. That this Day Fortnight be appointed, for taking into Consideration the Business concerning the Elections of Cornewall: This to be the first Business: And that Mr. Speaker put the House in mind thereof: And that, next after this Business, the House do take into Consideration the Business concerning the Elections of Knights and Burgesses for the County-Palatine of Durham.
Ordered, &c. That Mr. Peter Brooke, a Member of this House, shall have Leave to go into the Country.
Ordered, &c. That the Chester Ordinance be read at the next Sitting of the House.
Mr. Crew reports a Paper delivered in to the Commissioners of Scotland, by the Members of this House that are of the Committee of both Kingdoms, in pursuance of Votes and Orders of this House, of the same Date: The which was read: And
A Paper from the Commissioners of Scotland, in Answer thereunto, of the Fourth of September: The which was twice read.
Resolved, &c. That the Paper, this Day reported from the Commissioners of Scotland, be taken into Consideration To-morrow Morning, the first Business: And that no other Business do intervene: And that the House do sit To-morrow, only upon this Business.
Ordered, &c. That Sir John Northcott, a Member of this House, shall have Leave to go into the Country.
