Probates of Wills, &c.
AN Act for settling Courts for the Administration of Justice to the People, in Cases of Wills, Administrations, Legacies, Marriages, and Divorces, was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to the former Committee: And all that come to have Voices: And the said Committee are to meet this Afternoon, at Two of Clock, in the Exchequer Chamber; and so de die in diem; and forthwith to report it to the House.
