ORDERED, That it be referred to the Northern Committee, to examine the Miscarriages, and the Truth of the Case, touching the Seventeen thousand One hundred Thirty-eight Pounds Ten Shillings and Elevenpence, transferred on Deans and Chapters Lands for the Northern Officers; and report the State of the Case to the House: And that the Execution of the Order touching the Seventeen thousand One hundred Thirty-eight Pounds Ten Shillings and Eleven-pence, charged upon Deans and Chapters Lands, and all Proceedings thereupon, are ordered to stay in the mean time: And that Colonel Purefoy, Sir Arthur Heslerigg, Mr. Lister, Mr. Garland, Colonel Venn, Mr. Hodges, be added to that Committee: And all that come to have Voices.

Which was this Day read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to Mr. Lechmere, Mr. Bond, Sir Henry Vane senior, Mr. Corbett, Mr. Garland, Mr. Holland, Mr. Lister, Mr. Goodwyn, Sir Arthur Heslerigg, Mr. Hill, Lord Munson, Mr. Love, Mr. Fry, Sir Thomas Wroth, Colonel Harrison, Mr. Trenchard, Mr. Fell, Sir William Armyn, Mr. Scott, Mr. Rawleigh, Mr. Skynner; or any Five of them: And all that come to have Voices: And this Committee to sit in the Exchequer Chamber at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon: And Mr. Myles Corbett, is to take care hereof: And this Committee have Power to send for Persons, Papers, Records, &c.; and to bring it in with all Speed.
Mr. Garland reports from the Committee, Amendments to the Act for Sale of the Fee-farm Rents; Which were read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, re-committed: With Power to the said Committee, to bring in the Bill for Sale of all the Feefarm Rents, Tenths, dry Rents, and Pensions, except what is already contained and settled in the Act for providing Maintenance of Preaching Ministers, and other pious Uses: And that Mr. Attorney General take care of it: And to sit To-morrow Morning at Seven of Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber; and so de die in diem.
