ORDERED, by the Parliament, That the Thanks of this House be given to Mr. Carill, for his great Pains taken in his Sermon preached before the Parliament at Margarett's, Westminster, Yesterday, it being a Day set apart for a publick Thanksgiving to Almighty God for several Great Mercies: And that he be desired to print his Sermon: And that he have the like Privilege in Printing thereof as others in like Cases have usually had.
Sir Henry Vane is desired to give Mr. Carill the Thanks of the House, accordingly.

Obnoxious Publications.
The House being informed of a Book, printed under the Name of John Fry, a Member of the Parliament of England, intituled, "The Clergy in their Colours; or, A brief Character of them;"
Resolved, &c. That Mr. John Fry be summoned to attend the House on Thursday-next-come-fortnight.
The Question being put, That this Book be now read;
The House was divided.
The Yeas went forth.

And the Question being put, That that Question be now put;

So it passed with the Negative.
Resolved, That it be referred to the Committee of plundered Ministers, to state the Exceptions against this Book; and report it to the House on the same Day when Mr. Fry is summoned to attend.
The House being likewise informed of a Book, intituled, "The Accuser shamed; or, A Pair of Bellows to blow off the Dust cast upon John Fry," &c.
The Title of which Book was now read.
Resolved, That the said Book, intituled, "The Accuser shamed; or, A Pair of Bellows to blow off that Dust cast upon John Frye," &c. be referred to the Committee of plundered Ministers; to state the Exceptions against the said Book; and to report the same to the House the same Day when Mr. Fry is summoned to attend.
The House, according to former Order, adjourned itself to Tuesday Morning next, Eight of Clock.
