Fee Farm Rents.
Mr. Garland reports an Act for selling the Fee Farm Rents belonging unto the Crown of England, and Duchy of Lancaster: Which was this Day read the First and Second time: and, upon the Question, committed unto Mr. Martyn, Mr. Scott, Mr. Holland, Mr. Garland, Mr. Lysle, Mr. Whitlock, Mr. Burrell, Mr. Say, Mr. Pury, Sir Gregory Norton, Mr. Prideaux, Mr. Hill, Mr. Gurdon, Mr. Trenchard, Mr. Carew, Mr. Tho. Challener, Mr. Cawley, Sir James Harrington, Sir John Hippesly, Mr. Leman, Mr. Blackeston, Mr. Pelham, Sir Wm. Armyn, Serjeant Nicholas, Colonel Jones, Sir John Danvers, Mr. Clement, Sir Gilbert Pickering, Colonel Ludlowe, Alderman Wilson; or any Five of them: With Power to consider of the Names of Persons to be Trustees, and for how many Years Purchase the same shall be sold; and present the same to the House for their Approbation: And with further Power to send for the Judges, to confer with them; and also to send for Clerks of any of the Courts, or any other Persons; and for Records, Papers, Writings, or any thing else that may conduce to the Business: The said Committee are to meet at Two of the Clock, To-morrow, in the Afternoon, in the Exchequer Chamber.

Mr. Lysle reports an Act prohibiting Ministers and Preachers, in Praying or Preaching, to intermeddle with Matters of State: Which was this Day read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to Mr. Whitlock, Mr. Lysle, Sir James Harrington, Mr. Gurdon, Mr. Scott, Mr. John Corbett, Mr. Garland, Mr. Weaver, Alderman Atkins, Major General Skippon, Mr. Salloway, Mr. Allen, Commissary General Ireton, or any Three of them, upon the whole Debate; and . . present their Opinions thereupon to the House: And this Committee are to meet this Afternoon at Two of the Clock.
