Prayers.

North Wales Delinquents.

AN Act for admitting the Six Counties in North Wales to a general Composition for their Delinquency was this Day read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to the same Committee that prepared the Bill: And this Committee have Power to bring in the Names of Commissioners to be inserted in this Act: And Sir John Trevor is added to that Committee: And the Committee are to bring in the Act on Wednesday next.

Probate of Wills, &c.

An Act for settling of Courts for the Administration of Justice to the People, in Cases of Wills, Administrations, Legacies, Marriages, and Divorces, was this Day read the First time.

And the Question being propounded, That this Act be read the Second time;

The House was divided.

The Yeas went forth.

Mr. Bond, Tellers for the Yeas: 25.
Mr. Allen, With the Yeas,
Lord Mounson, Tellers for the Noes: 19.
Mr. Marten, With the Noes,

So it passed with the Affirmative.

Ordered, That this Act be read the Second time, on Wednesday Morning, the first Business.

Ecclesiastical Affairs.

Ordered, That the Declaration touching the Maintenance of Ministers, and the Act prohibiting Ministers to meddle with Matters of State, be read on Monday Morning; nothing to intervene.
