Prayers.

Representation and Elections.

THE House was this Day, according to former Order, resolved into a Grand Committee, for an equal Representative, and regulating Elections.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Say took the Chair.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Say reports from the Grand Committee, That the said Committee hath adjourned until this-day-sevennight; and desire Leave of this House to sit then.

Resolved, That the House be resolved into a Grand Committee, on This-day-sevennight, upon the Heads of a Bill for an equal Representative, and the Regulating of Elections.

Army Committee.

Resolved, That the Reports from the Committee of the Army be made on Saturday next.

Exporting Bullion.

Resolved, That the Act for prohibiting the Exportation of Bullion be brought in on Saturday next.

Report deferred.

Resolved, That Colonel Wauton do report on Saturday next, after the Reports from the Army, and the Act touching Bullion.

Delinquents Estates.

Sir Arthur Hesilrig reports, An Act for impowering several Commissioners to put in Execution all and every the Powers and Authorities heretofore given to the Commissioners for compounding with Delinquents, and for Managing of all Estates under Sequestration; and to the Committee for Advance of Money, formerly sitting at Haberdashers Hall.

Which was read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to the Members of this House that are of the Committee of Goldsmiths Hall: And all that come to have Voices: And the Committee is to meet To-morrow Morning at Eight of Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber.
