RESOLVED, That Mr. Warner do make his Report from the Committee of Trade on Saturday Morning next, the first Business.
Chancery Court.
Colonel Barton reports, from the Committee for the Law, Amendments to the Bill touching the Chancery: Which were twice read;
And the Question being put, for agreeing to these Amendments;
It passed in the Negative.
The Question being put, That this Bill be re-committed;
The House was divided.
The Yeas went forth.
