Prayers.

Settling the Government.

THE House, according to former Order, proceeded in the Debate adjourned on Saturday last.

Resolved, That the Speaker do leave the Chair for an Hour.

Post Meridiem.

THE Speaker resumed the Chair.

Candles.

Resolved, That Candles be brought in.

Settling the Government.

The Question being put, That there be a particular Enumeration of Heresies, after these Words, "damnable Heresies;"

The House was divided.

The Yeas went forth.

Colonel Jones, Tellers for the Yeas: 85.
Colonel Montagu, With the Yeas,
Sir Rich. Onslow, Tellers for the Noes: 84.
Mr. Fitz-James, With the Noes,

So it was Resolved, by the Parliament, That there be a particular Enumeration of Heresies, after these Words, "damnable Heresies."

Leave of Absence.

Resolved, That Colonel Venables, a Member of Parliament, have Leave to go upon the Expedition.
