Grant to Dr. Owen.

MAJOR Aston reports Amendments to the Bill for settling Lands of One hundred Pounds per Annum on Dr. John Owen, Dean of Christ-Church: Which were read, and agreed; and the Bill, so amended, ordered to be ingrossed.

Lord Craven.

Resolved, That the Business of the Lord Craven shall be heard at the Bar this Day Sevennight.

Lady Stirling, &c.

Resolved, That the Business of Levingston and Powell, be heard at the Bar this Day Fortnight.

Grant to Bastwick.

A Bill for settling Lands in the County of Dublyn in Ireland, upon Susanna Bastwick Widow, and the Four Children of Dr. John Bastwick, deceased, and their Heirs; and for continuing Two several Pensions to the said Susanna Bastwick, during her Life, was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to the Committee, to whom the Petition of the Creditors of Sir William Dick was referred: And they are to meet, as to this Business, To-morrow, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Inner Court of Wards.

Protector's Answer.

The House, according to former Order, resumed the Debate upon his Highness' Answer to the humble Petition and Advice, presented by the Parliament to his Highness.

Title of Protector.

The Question being propounded, That Lord Protector shall be the Title to be inserted in the humble Petition and Advice; and that it be referred to a Committee, to consider how that Title may be bounded, limited, and circumstantiated;

And the Question being put, That that Question be now put;

The House was divided.

The Noes went out.
