ORDERED, That it be referred to the Committee of Privilege, to examine the Matter of Breach of Privilege, complained of, to be committed by Mr. John Elwayes, and Sir Peter Killigrew, in affronting and assaulting Sir Richard Everard, a Member of this House: And that the Committee do sit this Afternoon at Two of the Clock, for Examination of this Matter: And that the said Mr. Elwayes and Sir Peter Killigrew do, upon Notice hereof, attend the Committee.

Ways and Means.
Sir Robert Atkyns reports from the Committee, That the Committee was of Opinion, That the House be moved to name a Committee, to take into Consideration the Rates of the four hundred thousand Pounds Subsidy, the several Ship-Rates, That of the Twelve hundred and Sixty thousand Pounds, and That of the Four last Subsidies, and what other Rates they think fit; and report them to the House, with the Proportions of them, upon the several Counties.
Resolved, &c. That the House doth agree with the Committee: And that it be referred to a Committee, to take into Consideration the Rates of the Four hundred thousand Pounds subsidy, the several Ship-Rates, That of the Twelve hundred and Sixty thousand Pounds, and That of the four last Subsidies; and what other Rates they think fit; and report them to the House, with the Proportions of them upon the several Counties: Viz. Mr. Solicitor General, Sir Wm. Lewis, Sir Edm. Pooley, Mr. Secretary Morice, Mr. Ashburnham, Sir Phil. Warwick, Mr. Vaughan, Sir Phil. Musgrave, Sir Tho. Clifford, Mr. John Jones, Sir Winston Churchill, Sir John Brampston, Sir Wm. Gawdy, Sir Tho. Gower, Mr. Swinfen, Sir Hen. Wood, Sir Wm. Thompson, Colonel Edm. Windham, Sir Norton Knatchbull, Colonel Robinson, Colonel Strangwayes, Sir Robert Howard, Sir Tho. Strickland, Colonel Birch, Mr. Pryn, Sir Tho. Meres, Mr. Trevor, Sir Wm. Doyley, Sir John Holland, Lord Fanshaw, Sir Tho. Higgons, Sir John Goodrick, Mr. Edw. Seymour, Mr. Thurland, Sir Sol. Swale, Sir Hen. North, Sir Wm. Lowther, Mr. Jones, Colonel Sandys, Mr. Boscawen, Mr. Clerke, Mr. William Sandys; or any Five of them: And they are to meet this Afternoon, at Four of the Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.
