An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, to enable Trustees to sell Part of the Estate of Samuell Sandys the elder, Esquire, and of his Son Samuell Sandys, for the Payment of Debts, was read the Second time.
An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, for Enabling of Thomas Juckes, of Treliddan in the County of Montgomery, Esquire, to sell Lands, for the Payment of Debts, and Raising of younger Childrens Portions, was read the Second time.
Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Mr. Milward, Sir Hen. Herbert, Lord Vaughan, Mr. Pryn, Mr. Jones, Sir Anth. Irby, Sir Robert Atkyns, Sir Robert Carr, Mr. Chetwyn, Sir Rich. Oatley, Mr. Wynn, Mr. Westphaling, Mr. Hungerford, Mr. Mountague, Sir Wm. Lowther, Colonel Sandys, Sir Jeoffrey Shackerley, Mr. Buller, Sir Tho. Tompkins, Sir Solo. Swale, Mr. Oakley, Colonel Whitley, Sir Anth. Irby, Colonel Kirkby, and all the Members that serve for the Counties of Salop, Montgomery, and Cardigan: And they are to meet To-morrow at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to consider the Value of the Waste that may be committed, and the Detriment that may be done by charging the Lands, which are desired to be sold, with Annuities: and also to examine the Value of the Lands; and what Debts are to be satisfied upon the Sale thereof; and to annex a Schedule of the Debts to the Bill: And to summon and hear all Parties concerned: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill for Erecting of a Church, and making Part of the Bailiwick of St. James parochial ... be revived; and do sit this Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber: And that these Members following be added to the Committee; viz. Sir Tho. Meres, Sir Tho. Clifford, Mr. Westphaling, Sir Solo. Swale, Sir John Birkenhead, Sir Rich. Oatley, Mr. Hungerford, Sir Fra. Goodrick, Sir Hen. North, Dr. Burwell, Sir John Holland, Sir John Brampston, Sir John Goodrick, Sir Tho. Gower, Mr. Waller, Mr. Ford, Sir Roger Bradshaigh, Mr. Scawen, Mr. Glascock, Colonel Kirkby, Mr. Milward, Mr. Crouch, Mr. Rigby, Mr. Harvey, Sir Winston Churchill, Mr. Cornwallis, Sir Edm. Pooley, Sir Geo. Reeve.
Ordered, That these Members following be added to the Committee to which the Bill for making Rivers navigable in the County of Cornwall is committed; viz. Sir Wm. Fleetwood, Sir Tho. Allen, Mr. Onslow, Mr. Graham, Mr. Taylor, Mr. Evelyn, Sir John Nappier.
Sir Robert Atkyns reports, That the Committee had made a good Progress in the Bill; and moved, That the House would order, That the Members that serve for the several Counties, Cities, and Boroughs, might bring in the Names of Persons to be Commissioners for this Act, within their respective Counties, Cities, and Boroughs: And further moved from the Committee, That the House would resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the further Progress of the Bill, To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock.
Resolved, &c. That the Members that serve for the several Counties, Cities, and Boroughs, do bring in the Names of Persons to be Commissioners for this Act, within their respective Counties, Cities, and Boroughs, by Thursday Morning next.
Resolved, &c. That the House will resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Progress of the Bill for raising a Supply for his Majesty.
