MARIA Adriana Crispe, and Fransose Crispe, did, this Day, take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, in order to their being naturalized.
Prayers.
Crisp's Nat.
Resolved, &c. That the Names of the said Maria Adriana Crisp, and Fransose Crisp, be inserted into the Bill of Naturalization.
Supply Bill.
The ingrossed Bill for granting a Royal Aid unto the King's Majesty of Twenty-four hundred seventy-seven thousand and Five hundred Pounds, to be raised, levied, and paid, in the Space of Three Years, was read.
Ordered, That these Words "have been usually rated and assessed," be inserted in the Bill, after the Word "Place."
Which was done; and the Words twice read; and agreed to.
Resolved, &c. That these Words, "deducting necessary Charges," be added, after the Word "Surplus."
Ordered, That the Word "Heirs" be added in the Bill.
Ordered, That the Word "respectively" be added in the Bill.
Ordered, That these Words, "to them respectively belonging, or which shall descend or come into the Hands or Possession of," be inserted into the Bill.
Which was done.
Ordered, That the Word "Tenth" be inserted, instead of "the First of March."
Ordered, That William Trafford be inserted a Commissioner for the County of Stafford.
Ordered, That Mr. Thomas Henshaw be inserted a Commissioner for the County of Sussex.
Ordered, That George Johnson Esquire be inserted a Commissioner for the County of Dorsett.
A List of Commissioners, to be added to the County of Duresme, was tendered; and twice read; and, upon the Question, agreed to; and the Commissioners added accordingly.
The Question being put, That the Bill do pass;
It was resolved in the Affirmative, Nemine contradicente,
Resolved, &c. That the Title shall be, An Act for granting a Royal Aid unto the King's Majesty of Twenty-four hundred seventy-seven thousand and Five hundred Pounds, to be raised, levied, and paid, in Three Years.
Resolved, That Sir Robert Paston do carry up the Bill to the Lords.
