An ingrossed Bill for settling and confirming of the Manors of Framlingham and Saxtead, in the County of Suffolke, and the Lands, and Tenements, and Hereditaments thereunto belonging, devised by Sir Robert Hitcham Knight, and late Serjeant at Law, to certain charitable Uses, was this Day read the Third time.
Resolved, That the said Bill do pass; and that the Title shall be, an Act for settling and confirming of the Manors of Framlingham and Saxtead, in the County of Suffolke, and the Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments thereunto belonging, devised by Sir Robert Hitcham Knight, and late Serjeant at Law, to certain charitable Uses.
Lord Widdrington's Estate.
An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, to enable the Lord Widdrington to sell Lands to pay his Debts, and provide Portions for his Brothers and Sisters, and making Provision for his younger Children, was this Day read the Second time.
Resolved, That the said Bill be committed to Sir Humphrey Winch, Sir Hen. Widdrington, Sir Tho. Gower, Lord Ancram, Mr. Fane, Sir Solomon Swale, Sir Phil. Musgrave, Lord Bruce, Colonel Reames, Sir Anth. Irby, Sir Tho. Meres, Mr. Cotton, Mr. Oakley, Sir James Smith, Colonel Gray, Mr. Waldron, Mr. Scawen, Sir Roger Bradshaigh, Mr. Jones, Mr. Pryn, Dr. Ryshton, Mr. Stroude, Mr. Buller, Mr. Eyre, Mr. Musgrave, Mr. Puckering, Sir Tho. Widdrington, Mr. Mallett, Mr. Westphaling, Mr. Knight, Colonel Edm. Windham, Mr. Thomas, Colonel Robinson, Sir Clifford Clifton, Sir Edm. Pye, Sir Lanc. Lake, Sir John Shaw, Mr. Collings, Sir Edm. Peirse, Sir John Brampston, Sir Hen. Newton, Lord Herbert, Mr. Vaughan, Mr. Morris, Lord Brereton, Sir Rich. Onslow, Mr. Lowther, Colonel Kirkby, Sir Cha. Harbord, Mr. Lloyd, Sir John Norton, Sir Wm. Fleetwood, Mr. Crouch, Mr. Stanley, Mr. Morgan, Mr. Graham, and all the Members of this House that serve for the Counties of Cumberland, Northumberland, and Lincolne: And they are to meet To-morrow, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records: And to take into Consideration the Interest of Colonel Gray and Mr. Graham, in relation to their Engagements for the old Lord Widdrington; and of all other Persons concerned as Creditors, or otherwise.
Resolved, That the Committee to which the said Bill against exporting Wool and Wool-fells was committed, be revived: And that the Bill be re-committed to them, to consider of the Particular before mentioned.
