Glenham's Estate.

A BILL for Sale of certain Lands, for the Payment of the Debts of Sir Sackvile Glenham, deceased, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Lord Richardson, Sir Allan Apsley, Sir John Holland, Sir Wm. Gawdy, Dr. Burwell, Mr. Crcuch, Sir John Shaw, Sir John Rowse, Colonel Reames, Sir Allan Broderick, Mr. Whorwood, Sir Tho. Allan, Sir Matthew Apleyard, Mr. Walgrave, Sir Anth. Irby, Lord Fitzharding, Sir John Duncombe, Sir Edmond Pooley, Sir Henry North, Sir John Cotten, Sir John Brampston, Sir George Ryve, Mr. John Ashburnham, Mr. Cofferer, Sir Winston Churchill, Sir John Shaw, Sir Robert Atkins, Mr. Crooke, Sir Rich. Clothing Trade.

A Petition of the Grand Jury serving for the County of Sussex, at the Assizes held at East Grimsteed, was read.

Resolved, &c. That this Petition be committed to the Committee which was appointed Yesterday to consider of the Petition of the Clothiers; to take this Petition also into Consideration; and to report the Matter, with their Opinions, to the House: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Packington's Estate.

A Bill to make void certain Conveyances made by Sir John Packington, to Christopher Henne, and others, of certain Lands and Hereditaments, lying in or near Aylesbury in the County of Bucks, was read the First time.

Ordered, That this Bill be read the Second time on Saturday next.

Damage Cleere.

An Act for the taking away Damage Cleere was read the Second time.

A Bill to prevent the delivering up English Merchant Ships to Turkish Ships, and other Sea Pirates, was read the Second time.

Triennial Parliaments.

A Bill for Repeal of the Act, intituled, An Act for the preventing the Inconveniences happening by the long Intermission of Parliaments; and for the better Provision for the Calling and Holding of Parliaments once in Three Years at least; was read the Second time; and debated.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House.

Resolved, &c. That the Committee be directed to take care, that there be no Clause in the Bill, of Coertion on his Majesty, for the calling of Parliaments, other than there is for the Execution of other Laws.

Resolved, That the House will, on Saturday next, at Ten of the Clock, resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to take the Bill into Consideration.

And then the House adjourned till Saturday Morning next, at Eight of the Clock.
