Ordered, That Sir Robert Carr, Mr. Ratcliff, and Mr. Crouch, be added to the Committee to which the Bill concerning Salt Marshes was committed.
Kirkby's Claims.
A Bill for satisfying a just Debt due by Henry Nevill Esquire, to Colonel Richard Kirkby, was read the First time.
Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.
St. Martin's le Grand Petition.
A Petition of the Inhabitants of St. Martin's le Grand, was read.
The Question being put, That this Petition be referred to the same Committee to which the Matter touching St. Martin's le Grand was formerly committed;
The House was divided.

Sir Phillip Warwick reports from the Committee to whom it was referred to cast up, arithmetically, how much of the Forty thousand Pounds should be distributed to each of the Nine Counties, according to the Proportions they stand rated in the Medium, That the Committee had met, and agreed upon a Report, according to the Direction of the Order: Which he delivered in at the Clerk's Table.
And the same being read; and a Debate had thereupon; and, upon the former Report, returned in from the Committee;
The Question being put, That the House do proceed upon the First Report that came in from the Committee, before the last Adjournment;
