Prayers.

Heirs and Executors.

A BILL for the Benefit of Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, for the speedier Recovery of their Rights, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be committed to Mr. Pryn, Sir Robert Atkins, Mr. Serjeant Seis, Sir Lan. Lake, Dr. Burwell, Mr. Coleman, Sir Hen. North, Sir Tho. Gower, Mr. Jay, Mr. Milward, Sir Jo. Birkenhead, Sir Job. Charleton, Mr. Dowdswell, Mr. Yorke, Mr. Crowch, Sir Jo. Knight, Sir Tho. Allen, Mr. Wm. Mountague, Mr. Westphalin, Colonel Wyndham, Sir Geo. Probart, Mr. George, and all the Members of the House that are of the Long Robe: And they are to meet this Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the Law School: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Hemp and Flax.

A Bill for the better Encouragement of the Planting and Sowing of Hemp and Flax, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Mr. Pryn, Sir Lan. Lake, Sir Robert Atkins, Colonel Birch, Sir Tho. Allen, Colonel Phillipps, Colonel Wyndham, Sir Hen. Worsley, Sir Geo. Downing, Sir Tho. Littleton, Sir William Lowther, Mr. Phillipps, Sir Wm. Coventry, Mr. Ashburnham, Mr. Crowch, Dr. Burwell, Sir Jo. Knight, Sir Fra. Clarke, Sir Hen. North, Sir Rich. Oatley, Sir Hen. Newton, Sir Nic. Carey, Mr. George, Mr. Milward, Sir Rich. Forde, Mr. Newport: And all the Members that come to have Voices: And they are to meet in the Mathematick School, this Afternoon at Two of the Clock: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records: And they are authorized to receive such further Proposals as shall be offered for the Encouragement of the Planting and Sowing of Hemp and Flax.

Damage Cleere.

An ingrossed Bill for taking away of Damage Cleere, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill do pass: And that the Title shall be, An Act for taking away of Damage Cleere.

And Mr. Pryn is to carry up the Bill to the Lords.

Supply Bill.

The House then resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to take the Bill for granting the Sum of Twelve hundred and Fifty thousand Pounds to his Majesty, for his present further Supply, into Consideration.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Sir Robert Atkins took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker took the Chair again.

Sir Robert Atkins reports, That the Committee had made a good Progress in the said Bill: And humbly moves, That the House would resolve again into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning at Nine of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of this Bill.

Resolved, &c. That this House will resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning at Nine of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of the Bill for granting the Sum of Twelve hundred and Fifty thousand Pounds to his Majesty, for his present further Supply.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
