Lady Lee's Estate.
SIR Allen Brodrick reports from the Committee, to which the Bill for settling Differences between the Lady Eliz. Lee, and the Daughters and Coheirs of Sir Thomas Pope, was committed; that the Committee had met, and carefully perused the Bill; and summoned and heard all Parties concerned, by themselves, and their Counsel: And that they were satisfied with, and consenting to, the Bill, without Alteration or Amendment And delivered in the Bill at the Clerk's Table.
Ordered, That the said Bill be ingrossed.
Ordered, That William Whitmore be sent for in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, to answer a Breach of Privilege, in causing Mr. Pepys, a Member of this House, to be served with a Subpæna, out of the Chancery, to appear there, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament.
Committee of Privileges.
Ordered, That Mr. Hambden, Sir Jo. Strode, Mr. Walden, Sir John Fagg, Mr. Geo. Weld, Sir Jo. Covert, Sir Jo. Norton, Sir Hugh Bethell, Sir Thom. Peyton, Col. Hollis, Sir Nico. Steward, Mr. Faunt, Mr. Fagg, Mr. Law. Hide, Mr. John Strangwaies, Mr. Henley, Sir Jo. Kerle, Sir Wm. Fenwick, Sir Robert Paston, Col. Windham, Sir Capel Luckin, Mr. Morris, Sir Jo. Morley, Mr. Prideaux, Mr. Austin, be added to the Committee of Privileges and Elections.
Money given to indigent Officers.
A Bill for taking the Account of Threescore thousand Pound given to the indigent loyal Officers, was read the Second time.
Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir Adam Browne, Col. Reames, Mr. Garaway, Sir Robert Carr, Sir Anth. Irby, Sir Jo. Birkenhead, Sir Courtny Poole, Sir Solom. Swale, Sir Jo. Earnley, Col. Grey, Sir Jo. Talbott, Sir Thom. Clergis, Sir Hugh Windham, Sir Charles Harbord, Sir Edm. Windham, Sir Jo. Moreton, Mr. Morris, Sir Trevor Williams, Sir James Smith, Col. Phillips, Sir Thom. Hanmer, Sir Jo. Northcote, Col. Williams, Mr. Marvell, Sir Thom. Clifford, Sir Fran. Leeke, Mr. Buscawen, Mr. Bridgman, Col. Birch, Mr. Whorwood, Sir Gilbert Talbott, Sir Jonath. Trelawny, Sir Wm. Pooley, Sir Rowland Berkley, Mr. Buller: And they are to meet on Monday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to take the Debates of the House into Consideration; and to provide particularly to discharge the Commissioners for publick Accounts of this Business; and to provide other Commissioners, either to be appointed by his Majesty, or named in the Bill: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Ordered, That all Members that shall come to the Committee, to which the Business concerning Magdalene College, was committed, shall have Voices.
Ordered, That all Committees, that were to sit this Afternoon, be adjourned till Monday Two of the Clock in the Afternoon; and to sit in the Places formerly appointed.
