Defaulters to Call of the House.

ORDERED, That Sir Robert Dillington, Mr. Baynton, and Mr. Sacheverell, formerly Defaulters in Attendance upon the Call of the House, but now attending, be excused, and struck out of the List.

Paris Garden made a Parish.

The Bill for making the Manor of Paris Garden in Surrey a Parish, distinct from St. Saviour's, Southwarke, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Sir Adam Browne, Sir Thomas Dolman, Col. Sandys, Sir Maurice Berkely, Mr. Chalmondley, Sir John Talbot, Sir Nicholas Carew, Sir Thom. Gower, Mr. Crouch, Mr. Daniel, Sir Robert Dillington, Doctor Burwell, Sir Thomas Proby, Sir Humph. Winch, Mr. Morrice, Mr. Buscawen, Lord Allington, Sir Solomon Swale, Sir John Knight, Sir John Newton, Sir John Fagg, Sir John Erneley, Mr. Sprye, Sir Will. Lewis, Sir Edw. Massey, Sir Robert Carr, Sir Anthony Irby, Mr. Trenchard, Mr. Seymour, Mr. Ford, Col. Birch, Mr. Mervell, Mr. Mallet, Mr. Onslow, Col. Windham, Sir Edw. Thurland, Sir John Birkenhead, Mr. Hobby, Sir Will. Coventry, Mr. Grenvile, Sir Gilbert Talbott, Mr. Evelyn, Mr. Nevell, Sir Edmond Bowyer, Mr. James, Sir Will. Hayward, Sir John Robinson: And they are to meet on Monday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber; and to summon and hear the Parishioners of St. Saviour's, and other Persons concerned, or some on their Behalf: And the Petition of the Parishioners of St. Saviour's, Southwarke, formerly referred to another Committee, is transferred to the Consideration of this Committee; under the former Instructions: And the Committee are to inquire into the Maintenance of the Master of St. Saviour's; and how it may be settled: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Boston Port.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill concerning Boston Harbour was committed, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon.

Merchant Adventurers.

A Bill for Encouragement of the Trade of the Merchant Adventurers, was read the First time.

The Question being put, That the Bill be read a Second time;

It passed in the Negative.

Supply Bill; Subsidies.

The House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, upon the Bill of Subsidies.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Seymour took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Seymour reports from the said Committee, That they had made some further Progress in the Consideration of the said Bill; and humbly moved, from the said Committee, that the House would resolve into a Committee of the whole House, on Monday Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration thereof.

Resolved, &c. That this House doth agree with the Committee, that the House will resolve into a Committee of the whole House, on Monday Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of the Bill of Subsidies.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees that were to sit this Afternoon, be adjourned till Monday, Two of the Clock in the Afternoon; to sit in the Places formerly appointed.

And then the House adjourned till Monday Morning, Eight of the Clock.
