Prayers.

Supply Bill; Wine Licences.

SIR George Downing reports from the Committee to which the Bill for confirming an Agreement, between his Majesty and his Royal Highness, touching Wine Licences, was committed, some Amendments to be made, and some Clauses to be added to the Bill: Which he read in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: And the same, being twice read, were, upon the Question, agreed.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Clauses and Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Earl of Shrewsbury's Estate.

A Bill, sent from the Lords, to enable the Guardians of Charles Earl of Shrewsbury, and John Talbot Esquire, Infants, to dispose of certain Manors, Lands, and Tenements, for the Benefit of the said Infants, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir John Heath, Sir Allen Apsely, Mr. Morris, Sir John Knight, Sir Thomas Allen, Sir Geo. Reeves, Sir Edw. Deering, Sir Jonath. Trelawny, Sir Gilbert Talbot, Mr. Westphaling, Mr. Seymour, Sir Thomas Meeres, Sir Solomon Swale, Dr. Arris, Mr. Crouch, Sir Maurice Barkely, Sir Thom. Higgons, Sir Will. Doyley, Sir Jo. Brampston, Sir Robert Carr, Mr. Bishop, Sir Henry Herbert, Sir Thom. Dolman, Mr. Hobby, Sir Geo. Downing, Sir John. Northcot, Mr. Wren, Sir Francis Goodrick, Mr. Dawney, Mr. Cornwallis, Lord Aungier, Sir Will. Morley, Sir Will. Fleetwood, Sir John Ernely, Sir John Newton, Sir John Birkenhead, Sir Edw. Massey, Mr. Whitaker, Sir Will. Coventry, Mr. Powle, Col. Kirby, Sir Thom. Gower, Sir Thom. Lee, Sir Char. Harbord, Sir Hugh Windham, Mr. Finch, Mr. Weld, Sir John Cotton: And they are to meet To-morrow, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Indigent Officers.

Resolved, &c. That these Members following be added to the Committee to which the Bill on the Behalf of the indigent loyal Officers, was committed; viz. Sir Will. Heywood, Sir John Coriton, Sir Thomas Meeres, Sir John Newton, Mr. Fox, Mr. Price, Lord Hawley, Mr. Musgrave, Sir Rich. Maleverer, Col. Grey, Sir Edw. Massey.

Supply Bill; Subsidies.

The House then resolved into a Committee of the whole House, upon the Bill of Subsidies.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Mr. Seymour took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Conference; Malicious Maiming.

The House then went to attend the free Conference with the Lords, upon the Subject Matter of the last free Conference, upon the Amendments to the Bill to prevent malicious Maiming and Wounding.

Sir Thomas Meeres reports, that the Managers of the said Conference had attended the same; and that, at present, they were not ready to make a Report thereof.

Ordered, That the Report of the said Conference be made To-morrow Morning.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
