AN ingrossed Bill to enable the Executors of Robert Houghton Esquire to sell Lands, for Payment of his Debts, according to a Decree . . . .

Ordered, That the Report of the Committee to which the Petition of the Inhabitants of St. Gyles, and other Parishes, was committed be heard To-morrow, Morning.

Grocers Company.

Ordered, That the Bill concerning the Grocers Company, be read To-morrow Morning.

Preventing Growth of Popery.

The Bill to prevent the Growth of Popery, was read the Second time.

Supply Bill; foreign Commodities.

The Bill of additional Impositions on foreign Commodities was read the Second time.

Privilege.

A Complaint being made, that Thomas Tomlyn, the menial Servant of Sir Philip Mounckton, a Member of this House, was arrested, at the Suit of Richard Bankes, John Bankes, Rich. Hawkesworth, Reignald Thompson, William Haigh, and Ralph Woollen, in Breach of the Privilege of this House;

Ordered, That the Matter be referred to the Committee of Privileges, to examine the same, and report it, with their Opinions, to the House.

Preventing Export of Wool.

Ordered, That Lord St. John, Sir James Smith, Sir Thom. Meeres, Sir John Hanmer, Sir Hugh Bethel, Sir Edw. Harley, Sir Edm. Pye, Dr. Burwell, Sir Geo. Downing, Mr. Jay, Sir Joseph Ash, Sir Solomon Swale, Sir Rich. Maleverer, Mr. Musgrave, Sir Gilbert Gerrard, Mr. Finch, Sir Will. Lowther, Dr. Arras, Lord Richardson, be added to the Committee appointed to consider of the former Laws to prevent the Exporting of Wool.

Ordered, That all Committees that were discontinued be revived; and do sit this Afternoon, in the Places formerly appointed.
