Prayers.

Preventing Export of Wool.

THE additional Bill for the better preventing the Exportation of Wool, was read a Third time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An additional Act for the better preventing the Exportation of Wool.

Fines and Forfeitures.

The ingrossed Bill for the better and more certain Recovery of Fines and Forfeitures due to his Majesty, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act for the better and more certain Recovery of Fines and Forfeitures due to his Majesty: And that Mr. Howard do carry up the Bill to the Lords.

Houses burnt in London.

The ingrossed Bill for Determination of Differences touching the Houses burnt or demolished within Four Years since the late dreadful Fire in London, was read.

A Proviso, on the Behalf of the Brother's Lodgings in the Savoy, was tendered; and read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, agreed to be added to the Bill.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act for Determination of Differences touching Houses burnt or demolished within Four Years since the late dreadful Fire in London.

Houses destroyed to stop the Fire in London.

Ordered, That a Bill be brought in for the Relief of those, whose Houses have been blown up, to prevent the Increase of Fire.

Duke of Yorke's Revenue.

Ordered, That the Bill for settling the Profits of the Post Office, and Power of granting Wine Licences, on his Royal Highness the Duke of Yorke, be read a Third time on Monday Morning.

Making Serges.

The ingrossed Bill for the better making of Serges, was read.

The Question being put, That the Bill do pass;

It passed in the Negative.

Cornwall Assizes.

Sir Robert Carr reports from the Committee, to which the Bill for settling the Assizes for the County of Cornwall, was committed, some Amendments agreed to be made to the said Bill; Which he read in his Place; and afterwards delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: And the same being twice read, and agreed;

Resolved, That the said Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
