Westminster, &c. Small Debts.
Resolved, &c. That an Address be prepared, upon the Debate of the House, to be presented to his Majesty, to represent to him the State and Condition of the Kingdom of Ireland; and the Danger of the English Protestant Interest: And that a Committee be appointed, to prepare and draw up the Address; viz. Lord Cornbury, Sir Trevor Williams, Mr. Solicitor General, Lord Fitzharding, Sir Thomas Lee, Lord Arran, Sir Robert Howard, Sir William Lowther, Sir Anthony Irby, Mr. Swinfen, Sir Charles Harbord, Sir Thomas Meeres, Mr. Attorney General, Mr. Milward, Mr. Powle, Lord O Brian, Mr. Secretary Coventry, Colonel Birch, Sir Thomas Clergis, Mr. Garraway, Sir Robert Carr, Sir Edward Massey, Sir Thomas Higgons, Lord St. John, Sir John Brampston, Sir John Berkenhead, Sir Thomas Allen, Mr. Vaughan, Mr. Thomas, Mr. Cheney, Sir Henry Capell, Sir Philip Warwick, Mr. Crowch, Sir Laun. Lake, Dr. Burwell, Mr. Hales, Sir Richard Temple, Mr. King; or any Five of them: And they are to meet at Four of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Inner Court of Wards: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.
Resolved, &c. That Colonel Richard Talbott be inserted in the Address, as a Popish Recusant, and not capable of any Command or Employment in Ireland, either Military or Civil: And that he be not admitted any Access to the Court.
Resolved, &c. That it be inserted in the Address to his Majesty, as the humble Advice and Desire of this House, that (when the War is ended) the Soldiers which have been raised since the last Session, be disbanded.
Resolved, &c. That James Houseman be sent for, to give an Account of his exacting Two Shillings and Six Pence a Horse, upon the transporting of Horses beyond the Seas, more than is allowed by the Book of Rates.
