Prayers.

Burglaries, &c.

A BILL to prevent Burglaries and Robbing of Houses in London, and the Out-parishes within the Weekly Bills of Mortality, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time.

Exporting Leather.

Ordered, That Sir Tho. Doleman, Sir Rob. Barnham, Sir Rich. Head, Mr. Papillon, Sir Fr. Rolles, Mr. Cheney, Sir Tho. Stringer, Mr. Gray, Mr. Bennet, Sir Trevor Williams, Sir Gilbert Gerrard, Mr. Jo. Wright, Mr. Linfeild, Sir Sam. Bernardiston, Mr. Bilson, Sir Rob. Markham, Sir John Norton, Sir John Shaw, be added to the Committee to whom the Bill for exporting Leather, is committed.

Williams' Jointure.

Sir Geo. Downing reports from the Committee, to whom the Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act to supply an Omission in the Settlement of the Estate of Sir Trevor Williams Baronet, made upon the Marriage of his eldest Son; and to enable his eldest Son to make a Jointure to a Second Wife, was committed; That the Committee had perused and considered the Bill; and that all Parties were consenting thereto: And that the Committee had returned the Bill without any Amendments.

Vale Navigation.

Mr. Treby reports from the Committee to whom the Bill for making the River Vale, in the County of Cornwall, navigable, several Amendments, agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read in his Place; and afterwards delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same were twice read; and with an Amendment, made at the Table, upon the Question, agreed.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Bills sent from Lords.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Andrew Hacket, and Sir Samuel Clerk;

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down Four Bills; One, intituled, An Act on Behalf of John Fortescue, for the Executing certain Trusts devolved upon Infants: The Second, intituled, An Act to enable Trustees to pay the Debts of Sir John Weld, deceased: The Third, intituled, An Act for vesting the Rectory of Westerham in the County of Kent, in Trustees, to be sold for Payment of the Debts of Edward Gresham Esquire, deceased: The Fourth, intituled, An Act for uniting and consolidating the Churches of Beaumont and Mose in the County of Essex: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Supply Bill; Disbanding the Forces.

Sir John Trevor reports from the Committee of the whole House, to whom the Bill for raising Two hundred thousand Pounds for Paying and Disbanding of the Forces that have been raised since the Twenty-ninth of September last, was committed, several Amendments, agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read in his Place; and afterwards delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same were twice read; and, with some Amendments made at the Table, upon the Question, agreed.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.
