Children of Popish Recusants.
Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down a Bill, intituled, An Act for the more effectual Preventing the Sending or Going of the Children of Popish Recusants into Parts beyond the Seas, out of the King's Obedience: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
