A Bill to prevent burning Stacks of Corn and Hay, maiming and killing of Cattle, and other Mischiefs, was read the First time.

Herone's Estate.

Sir Solom. Swale reports from the Committee to which the Bill, on the Behalf of Sir Cuthbert Herone, for Sale of Lands, was committed, some Amendments agreed to be made to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place: Which, being twice read, were agreed to: And after delivered in the Bill, with the Amendments, at the Table.

Resolved, That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Persons to attend.

Ordered, That the Persons following do attend the honourable the House of Commons, upon Saturday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Morning, to give their Testimonies in a Cause then to be heard at the Bar of the House, between the Farmers of his Majesty's Excise on imported Liquors, and several Merchants Importers of Brandy . . . .

Supply Bill; Wine Duties.

And then the House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the further Consideration of the Bill for his Majesty's Supply.

Sir Robert Atkins reports, That the Committee, in their Progress in the Bill for his Majesty's Supply, being moved, that Vinegar might be charged with the same Duty as Wine, to be paid by the Importer, thought fit to refer the Consideration thereof to the House.

Resolved, That Vinegar be charged as French Wine, and paid by the Importer.

Resolved, That the House resolve into a Committee of the whole House To-morrow Morning, to proceed in the further Consideration of the Bill for his Majesty's Supply.

Persons to attend.

Ordered, That Alderman Bucknall and Doctor Williams be summoned to attend this House on Saturday Morning next, at Nine of the Clock.
