Prayers.

ISAAC Legooch did this Day take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, in order to his Naturalization.

Woollen Manufactures.

Sir George Downing reports from the Committee to whom the Bill for wearing Woollen Manufactures, was committed, several Amendments agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read in his Place; and afterwards delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same were twice read; and, upon the Question, agreed.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Supply Bill; Disbanding the Forces.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Timothy Baldwyn and Sir Andrew Hacket;

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have commanded us to return you the Bill, intituled, An Act for granting a Supply to his Majesty, for enabling him to pay and disband the Forces which have been raised since the Twenty-ninth of September last; with some Amendments; to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Keels, &c. carrying Coals.

An ingrossed Bill . . . admeasuring Keels and Boats carrying Coals was read the Third time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act for Admeasurement of Keels and Boats carrying Coals: And that Sir George Downing do carry up the Bill to the Lords for their Concurrence.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees, which were discontinued, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon in the Places formerly appointed.

Beamont and Mose Churches.

An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act for uniting and consolidating the Churches of Beamont and Mose, in the County of Essex, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir Jo nath. Trelawney, Sir Tho. Higgins, Sir Lan. Lake, Col. Kirkby, Sir Ch. Cotterell, Mr. Atherton, Sir Robert Barnham, Sir Rich. Everard, Col. Howard, Sir John Norton, Sir Anth. Irby, Sir John Mallet, Sir Jos. Tredenham, Sir Trevor Williams, Sir Edm. Jenings, Sir John Trevor, Mr. Buller, Mr. Spry, Mr. Westfaling, Sir John Barnaby, Sir John Covert, Serjeant Rigby, Mr. Crouch, and all that serve for the Counties of Essex, Norfolke, and Suffolke: And they are to meet this Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber.

House to sit on Monday.

The Question being put, That the House do sit on Monday Morning next;

Papists not to sit in Parliament.

Sir Tho. Meeres reports from the Committee to whom the Bill for hindering Papists to sit in either House of Parliament, was committed, several Amendments agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read in his Place; and afterwards delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same were twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

The House then took into Consideration the Amendments, sent from the Lords, to the Bill, intituled, An Act for granting a Supply to his Majesty, for enabling him to pay and disband the Forces which have been raised since the Nine-and-twentieth of September last.

And the Amendments being twice read; and the Question being severally put, to agree to the Amendments;

It passed in the Negative.

Ordered, That Sir Wm. Coventry, Sir Tho. Meeres, Sir Tho. Lee, Sir Jos. Williamson, Sir Hen. Ford, Sir Tho. Littleton, Col. Byrch, Mr. Williams, Sir Rich. Temple, Mr. Powle, Mr. Vaughan, Sir Edm. Jenings, Sir Rich. Temple, Mr. Swinfen, Sir Jos. Tredenham, Sir John Trevor, Sir Chr. Musgrave, Sir Hen. Capell, or any Three of them, do search for Precedents; and draw and prepare Reasons to be offered at a Conference to be had with the Lords, Why this House could not agree with their Lordships in their Amendments to the Bill of Supply: And they are to give their Opinions to the House upon the Expedients concerning the said Matter proposed in the Debate of the House: And they are to meet this Afternoon at Three of the Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber: And they are impowered to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Message to Lords that House sits on Monday.

Ordered, That a Message be sent to the Lords, to acquaint them, this House intends to sit on Monday next: And that Sir John Knight do go up with the Message.

And then the House adjourned till Monday Morning, Eight of the Clock.
