Habeas Corpus.

A BILL to prevent the Refusal of Writs of Habeas Corpus, was read the First time.

Resolved, That the said Bill be read the Second time To-morrow Morning, the First Bill.

Committee of Grievancs.

Ordered, That the Committee of Grievance do sit on Monday next.

Navy Debts.

A Bill on the Behalf of the Navy Creditors, was read the First time.

Resolved, That the said Bill be read the Second time on Monday Morning next.

Reversions of Offices.

Ordered, That the Bill touching Reversions of Offices, brought in this Day, be read on Monday Morning next.

Administrators' Accounts.

An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, for settling the Accounts of Administrators, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read the Second time on Monday Morning next.

Money received for indigent Officers.

A Bill for the further Relief and better collecting of the Monies due to the indigent loyal Officers, was read the Second time: And several Debates arising, as to the making Provision, in the first place, for such as have not yet had any Share in the Monies; and to add Commissioners, or to appoint other Commissioners instead of the Commissioners of Accounts; and several other Matters;

Preventing Export of Wool.

A Petition from the Merchants and Clothiers of the Town of Plimouth, was read.

Ordered, That this Petition be referred to the particular Committee appointed for Advance of Trade, and to prevent the Exportation of Wool; and that the Petitions from the City of Exeter, and Town of Dartmouth, be referred to the same Committee, to take the several Petitions into Consideration; and report the Matter, with their Opinions therein, to the House.

Deane Forest.

Ordered, That the Persons that gave an Account here of the State of the Case as to Deane Forest, have Leave to attend the Lords; and that his Majesty's Counsel, or other Members of this House, that are of the Long Robe, have Leave also to attend the Lords, in Defence of the Bill concerning Deane Forest.

Commissioners of Accounts.

Ordered, That Sir Nicho. Carew, Sir Robert Carr, and Sir Robert Brookes, or any Two of them, do repair to the Commissioners of Accounts, to know of them, whether Sir George Carterett has brought in such Accounts to them as are clear, and satisfactory; if not, wherein the Accounts are defective, and what Exceptions they have against the Accounts.

Address for wearing English Manufactures.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir John Coell and Sir Wm. Glascock:

Mr. Speaker, the Lords have commanded us to acquaint you, that they have agreed to the Votes of this House, concerning the wearing of our own English Manufacture; and that the King is to be attended therein, To-morrow, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon, at Whitehall: And the Lords have therefore appointed Twelve of their Number, and desire this House to appoint a proportionable Number to join with them, to attend his Majesty accordingly.

A Copy of the Conception under the Great Seal of Ireland, for the Act of Explanation, offered to be read.

The House then proceeded to the further Hearing of the Cause upon the Petition of the Adventurers for Lands in Ireland; and heard Council, and examined several Witnesses, both on the Behalf of the Petitioners, and the Commissioners for Claims in Ireland.

Resolved, &c. That the further Hearing of this Cause be adjourned till Wednesday next.
