Reparing Highways.

A BILL for repairing the Highways, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Mr. Pryn, Mr. Plydall, Sir Solloman Swale, Sir John Coriton, Mr. Peips, Sir Edw. Masters, Mr. Outway, Sir John Brampston, Sir Tho. Allen, Sir Rich. Browne, Mr. Streete, Mr. Coventry, Sir John Strode, Sir John Rolls, Sir Rowland Berkley, Sir Tho. East and West Rayntham Rectory.

An ingrossed Bill for Confirmation of an Exchange of certain Lands between Horatio Lord Townsend, and the Rector of East and West Rayntham in the County of Norfolke, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And that the Title shall be, An Act for Confirmation of an Exchange of certain Lands between Horatio Lord Townsend, and the Rector of East and West Rayntham in the County of Norfolke.

And Sir John Holland is to carry it up to the Lords.

Regulating Fees.

A Bill for regulating and establishing of Fees, was read the Second time.

Carey, Mr. Lucy, Mr. Hambden, Sir Humphry Winch, Sir Henry Caple, and all the Members that serve for the County of Berks, Oxford, Surry, and Buckinghamshire, be added to the Committee, to which the Bill to prevent Abuses and Extortion of Woodmongers, Innholders, and others, was committed.

Bedford Level.
