Order by the Commissioners for Discoveries,—on an information by Rich. Micheley of the concealment of 2 houses held by Anne Browning, widow, and Rob. Alkington, and sequestered for delinquency of Mat. Pratt, and requesting the assistance of several papers, and records concerning his delinquency,—that Mr. Bayly, late registrar to the Commissioners for Sequestrations, bring in all the papers and records concerning Pratt's sequestration. May 29. Registrar's certificate that, 8 Feb. 1650, John Halford, Edw. Chamberlain and Wm. Thornton, were constituted Commissioners for Sequestrations for cos. Warwick and Coventry, and that Chamberlain was appointed sole commissioner 14 March 1654.
With note by the registrar that he delivered to Mr. Bockett 12 July 1655, the survey of sequestered estates in Warwickshire, containing 30 sheets. [G 34, p. 99.]
