May 5. 89, 90. Committee at Goldsmiths' Hall to the Commissioners of Kent. Parliament having granted Alice, Dowager Viscountess Moore, of Drogheda, 4,000l. of her husband's arrears from delinquents' estates nominated by her, she presents to us Sir George Sands and 7 others, all of Kent, the profits of whose estates she desires to receive. We therefore desire you to allow her to receive the rents, and give her your best assistance in collecting them. [Also G 1, p. 196; 4, p. 201; 100, pp. 639, 751.]

We send you a schedule of our delinquents and malignants, noling those who have got their pardons, or compounded for their whole estate. Those marked (a) have compounded for personalty only, and must compound for their real estates, if Parliament so appoint. Those who have compounded at Goldsmiths' Hall are marked thus* We agreed with some about their personal estates, because we thought they would be concealed, or embezzled, and their real estates are small, and under 200l. value.
