Stanley, one of the colonels for the county, to allow her the
⅓ of an estate in Melling, sold by her late husband to Rob.
Molineux, sen., and sequestered. Applies to him, there being
no legal proceedings these turbulent times. Noted, the
Sequestrators of Derby Hundred to allow her the third. |

delinquent though never sequestered. Appealed to the Barons
of Exchequer, but his case has not yet been heard. Noted as

or examination into the charge of recusancy. |

Robert Molineuxes convicted of recusancy between 1619 and
1637 was the petitioner's father. |
