Registrar's certificate that in a list of sequestered persons returned by the Commissioners of London, 2 April 1652, are the names of Matthew Barker, one of the attorneys at Guildhall, and Matthew Barker, a West Country gentleman; and that in a similar list from Devonshire, there is that of Matthew Barker, of Topsham; but he cannot say whether they are one and the same person. 34 61
