taken off the seizure, and threaten to eject Bushell. Beg to
have a hearing before any discharge is granted. |

London and Middlesex. Brown having obtained a verdict in the
Upper Bench, on a lease of ejectment against Bushell for the
house, you are to forbear all proceedings on the verdict till you
receive further order from us, the tenement being sequestered,
as Brown's title, and that of the Protector, in right of the recusant, have been referred to counsel to report. |
