M. Henry of Llancarfan

Prob. already can. of Llandaff when occ. as M. Henry, brother of M. Maurice archdcn. of Llandaff, 1220/1 (Llandaff Acta no. 61; above, list 10); therefore son of Urban III archdcn. of Llandaff (list 10). Perhaps to be identified with Henry of Llandaff, who represented bp. in kg.'s court 12 Nov. 1220 (Curia Regis Rolls IX 359). Occ. as can. 1254 (Val Norw. p. 318; LL p. 285). His preb. identified 1291 (Taxatio p. 280b; Denton and Taylor p. 151, 157 n. 74).
