Osegoteby. A messuage in ruins, 4 tofts, 20 bovates of land, and 10a. meadow pertaining to the said bovates, held of the king in chief, as of the honor of Aumale, which is in the king’s hand, by knight’s service, rendering yearly therefrom to Henry earl of Lancaster and his heirs at the castle and honor of Pykeryng 28s. for fines of the wapentake of Pykeryng and 6s. as in the socage of Pykeryng. The tofts used to be worth 6s. yearly 5 or 6 years ago, but now they are worth nothing because they are not enclosed. Each bovate used to be worth 7s. yearly 5 or 6 years ago, but now would be worth 3s. only, if it could be let. And there are 11s. 6d. rents of free tenants there and in Libriston, Briniston and Cayton for fines of the wapentake.
Osegoteby and Cayton. 6 tofts and 9 bovates of land, held of the said earl of Lancaster, as of the castle of Pykeryng, by service of 10s. yearly, as in the socage of Pykeryng. The tofts used to be worth 6s. 8d. yearly 5 or 6 years ago, but now they are worth nothing for the above cause. Each bovate used to be worth 7s. yearly 5 or 6 years ago, but now it would be worth 3s. 4d. only, if it could be let.
Westlutton. The manor (extent given), held of Ralph de Hastynges by knight’s service. There are 12 bovates of land in demesne, each of which used to be worth 8s. yearly 5 or 6 years ago. Now 9 bovates are untilled, each of which would be worth 5s. yearly, if it could be let; and 3 are tilled, each worth 5s. yearly. There are 7 tofts, which used to be worth 10s. yearly 5 or 6 years ago. Now 4 of them are in tenure, and they are worth 7s. yearly altogether. The others are worth nothing for the above cause.
Robert Barde, son of Thomas Barde, aged 13 years and more, is heir of the said William.
