He held, besides the lands specified in previous inquisitions, the under-mentioned manor, one moiety by grant of Henry de Lancastre, then earl of Derby, now duke of Hereford, on condition that on the death of either of them the grant should be void, the reversion belonging to the said Henry, the other moiety as of the right of Eleanor his wife, who is still living, daughter and one of the heirs of Humphrey de Bohun, late earl of Essex, Hereford and Northampton, included in the said Eleanor’s purparty of the lands that were of Alice de Nevyll, deceased.

He had the following goods and chattels.
Fulmedeston. 6 stots, 25 cows and a bull, 6 calves, 310 ewes, 150 wethers, whereof 15 are ‘hortardes’, 54 hoggets, wheat, barley, peas and oats in stacks, a cart and a harrow.
The escheator seized the said goods into the king’s hand and committed the custody of them to Thomas Roose, farmer of the manor, who is to answer the king therefor. The goods were valued in the presence of John Spryngthorp, clerk, and others, the king’s commissioners.
