Northasshele. A messuage, 60a. land, 15a. meadow, a water-mill, 4a. alderwood, rents, &c., held of Hugh de Estcote by service of 13s. 4d. yearly.
Westuderle. Certain tenements jointly held by the said Richard and Isabel his wife, by the enfeoffment of Richard de Cardevile to them and the heirs of the said Richard, of the king in chief by serjeanty of finding a man and unbarded horse in his war of England, with hauberk, haqueton, iron cap, sword, and lance, for forty days at their own costs, and rendering to the king 5s. yearly at his castle of Winchester; and certain tenements jointly held by the said Richard and Isabel, &c. (as above) of the heir of Robert Walerond by service of 15s. yearly.
Adam his son, aged 40, is his next heir.
Writ of plenius certiorari, on the complaint of the said Isabel that the escheator had taken into the king’s hand the manor of Westeu Derleye, whereof she was enfeoffed jointly with her husband, 19 Feb. 3 Edw. II.

The said Baldric gave all his lands in the Isle of Wight to Robert de Pydele, who married Margery. his daughter and heir, for life, at the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, 2 Edw. II, at which time the Island was in the hand of the earl of Cornwall, to whom the said Robert did fealty, and was accepted a suitor at the court of knights of Newport; the said lands are held of the honour of Caresbroc, now in the king’s hand, by service of 1/4 knight’s fee.
Margery, his daughter, whom Robert de Pydele [alias de Pudele] married, aged 21 and more, is his next heir.

Writ of certiorari, on the petition of Eleanor, late the wife of the said Matthew, seeking her dower of the lands, &c. of which the said Matthew enfeoffed the late King Edward, who afterwards granted them to him for life, 14 July, 3 Edw. II.

The manor (full extent given), including woods called Haldelegh and Worsfeldhamme, a close called Kitelhey, mills called Eldemulne and Wolrichton, 1/2 ferling land called Bremelham, a fishery in the water of Yhalam, and a borough called La Nasse; of which manor the said Matthew enfeoffed the late king as abovesaid, and it is now in the hand of Sir William de Monte Acuto by the king’s commission.

Stoke in Hamme. The manor (full extent given), including woods called Haywode and Colrigg’, mills called Chedelyngton and Langcoumbe mills, 60a. arable at La Sterte, burgages at Chedelyngton, and a foreign hundred called Colrigg, and there are customs of bondmen in carrying fish to the manor of Stoke in Wiltescire, or giving the lord 20s., catching mullet on the rocks &c., and the lord shall have a third part of all the mullet, and all the porpoises and salmon which his men take there, and each season 8 plaice (placent’) for 1d., 8 bream for 1d., and a ray (reiam) for 1d., whenever he shall buy such fish, and 12d. of conger for 11d. &c., and all tenants who have boats shall carry all the wine which the lord shall use yearly in the manor with their own boats, from Totnes, Kyngesbrugg and Dertemuth, to the said manor as near as can be carried by water, each boat receiving 4d. for its labour; of which manor the said Matthew sometime enfeoffed the late king as abovesaid, and it is now in the hand of Sir William de Monte Acuto by the king’s commission.
